|Recommended: YesThis Is Home — I've been here for over a year now. It's a nice quiet neighborhood tucked away from the noise of traffic. The floor plan is great, maintenance is very responsive. The property manager Jason and Jerri who runs the office are both professional, friendly and accommodating. When I had an issue that required immediate attention and the maintenance staff couldn't get to me right away, the property manager came and assisted me personally. It's affordable, close to stores, close to the beltway and I plan to be here for a long time.

|Recommended: YesThe People Here Truly Care — Compared to other apartments, this is by far the best place I have ever lived. The leasing specialist is helpful and professional and maintenance fix problems in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for a more better place to live than Butler Ridge. It's truly been a great experience so far and I look forward to years to come. My father likes the fact that I've found an affordable place also, and he's visited before and says the staff is wonderful.
