|Recommended: YesPretty Nice Place To Live... — The grounds are kept quite clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. I live on the ground floor so unfortunately I hear all of the movement above me, which is kind of annoying but doesn’t disturb my sleep or anything. I’m guessing they may not have carpet since I can hear so much movement. It would be awesome if the kitchen was updated and there wasn’t a water heater in my bedroom closet but it is a walk-in and there’s definitely enough space even still. While it appears there’s enough parking I do find myself trying to get home early enough to secure a space but it’s better than places like the neighboring complex which requires guests to pay for parking if I’m not mistaken. I overall don’t have any issues and feel as if I made a great choice. Water, sewage, and trash is included, which is not found often. The issues I saw when I first checked the place out and minor maintenance concerned are fixed in a timely manner. And my biggest thing is NOT having unwanted guests if you know what I mean, which I haven’t had one issue to date and God willing will not, though it’s a basement apartment so I get it, IF I do. An exterminator comes biweekly as preventative measure for most but be sure to request your unit on the list because with all their properties it’s not all units each time. I love the fact that I only have to go up one floor to wash clothes and pricing is consistent with most places. Overall...I’m happy with where I am and have no concerns.

|Recommended: YesI Love This Apartment Complex — Living at Butler Ridge is nice. My building sits by itself and it's fairly quiet there. The apartment is clean and maintenance comes in a timely manner to address concerns. Adelle is the most friendly and helpful person, she made everything go smoothly from the first time i walked in the office.
|Recommended: YesIt Is The Best Place Ever — I have looked at many other apartment complexes, and this is, by far, the best, mostly because of the way I have been treated. I feel Butler Ridge Apartments cares about my welfare, not to mention the beautiful apartments and reasonable prices

|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Great Property — Had some issues with the maintenance and getting something fixed in a timely manner. Also, some neighbors smoke marijuana outside and the smell travels into the apartment. Overall, the leasing staff is amazing at making sure my requests and concerns are taking care of so this is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding Place To Live — Ive been living here for 7 years. In the past there was good management but now its just outstanding. The new property manager, Marquicha Wallace is simply the absolute best at her position. She's improved on the previous management strategies to bring a better sense of safety and cleanliness to this complex. She is extremely skilled and very fair to all tenants and propects. The entire property has been upgraded by having such a dedicated leader. The leasing staff remarkable. Mindy is a delight and a very precious resource. She creates and promotes a caring environment for all tenants. She too is very dedicated to her job and makes all interaction with management efficient, pleasant and effective. Recently Butler Ridge aquired a maintenance supervisor named Eric. He is a true master at his craft. He has changed the standard and raised the bar in regards to exceptional work. He leads a team that diligently keeps Butler Ridge in extraordinary condition. The management staff alone was enough for me to extend my lease. This is an amazing location to reside. Im thankful for the management staff. Id recommend Butler Ridge to anyone interested in upgraded their quality of living.
