|Recommended: YesNew Tenant — I have been leasing since mid-September and the experience is not too bad. The maintenance team are awesome and always respond to my concerns in a timely manner. My only complain is the laundry room. There are only two and they seem to not wash your clothes to good. My only regret is the distance i have to travel to get to the main roads. Its difficult since i do not drive. I wished i couldve been placed in a buidling closer to Reisterstown road. The leasing agent Jeri is always pleasant and willing to help. I do recommend Butler Ridge.

|Recommended: YesAmazing. — Butler Ridge is truly a blessing, I remember when I first moved in, the free items that I received was great, because they were items I actually needed but this being my first apartment I had no idea. And there is no roaches, what a blessing.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Place To Live To Reside — the community is very quiet and the Butler Ridge staff are very polite and courtesy to there tenets. They fix and deal with any issues or concerns on the spot no waiting period.

Very friendly and courteous staff, quite professional. Nice lay outs and large bedrooms. I would say the only draw back is the drafty windows. But we like a cool apartment.
